General CommentsThis is an amazing car. They may sound or look intimidating at first if you are new to corvettes, but if you love cars and love driving it will make you love driving more. or find a new love of driving entirely! I enjoy commuting in this better than our econo-driver-gas saver, which is actually crankier at low speeds and stop go city/rush hour hwy: a z06 is amazingly docile and easy to drive in all gears and in low rpm, you can drive slow and gently to save gas or flow with traffic or you can awaken the beast and really have fun, which is where it comes thrillingly alive. We have had 3 generations of corvettes, and I think this is a better daily driver and infinitely better hwy cruiser than the c7, which is twitchy and track-oriented, all the time. it is easy to work on and maintain, and little upgrades give noticeable improvements. A few years ago I didnt know how to drive manual, now I take track racing classes. Driving this makes me look forward to the open road. If youve ever thought about it....get one, its a true life experience.
