Yes, I recommend this vehicle.
General Comments This vehicle was a CPO purchase, which I'd recommend. Not so much in that one expects something to break, but in case it does, you're covered by an excellent long term warranty. During my period of ownership the car has been very reliable, but then again I'm a stickler for maintenance per the MB service schedule. (Not what the dealers might want to do to inflate their bottom line) It is comfortable, with supportive seats, and the relative quietness lends a solid feel. The suspension is right where it needs to be, not floaty or harsh. The brakes are also very good as one tends to expect from a car designed for triple digit speeds cruising down the Autobahn. Another area that surprised me was the fuel mileage where at a steady 55-60 mph getting 28-29 mpg was commonplace. Surprising for a heavy AWD car. The cons? Hard to fathom audio and Nav modules. Regular oil changes seem to be no less than $200.00, but oil changes are dictated by usage, and my first oil change came in at close to 12,000 miles. If the diffs need an oil change as well, tack on another $250.00. At least, unlike the Japanese competitors, there is no need to change timing belts at great expense, since the cams are chain driven. All in all, a 2 or 3 year old E350 is a very good buy, especially since the first owner takes the hit of depreciation for you!

General Comments The E-320 Blue-Tec is an extremely impressive combination of quality, class, performance, and efficiency. After 5K miles of mixed commuter driving, this Benz averaged 30mpg. At 65mph and a tame foot, you will achieve over 36mpg in this two-ton wonder.
