General CommentsJust picked up a '06 3.0si. For a bigger guy, this was the only smaller convertible that i was comfortable in that actually had a trunk (with the top down) under $20,000. It's responsive and nimble. Already owned a 'Vette, so wasn't looking for one (although I liked it, too). Lot's of fun. It's black, so we call it "Black Beauty" (BB for short).
Rating Scale of 0 - 5 (five being the best) Acceleration -4 (No tire squeeler, but very quick) Cornering -5 (Turns sharper than I'm comfortable with) MPG - 3 (Not the best, but then again it shouldn't be a factor) Bells & Whistles - 4 (2006 doesn't have the "latest", but still impressive with the number of "goodies" Repair costs - 2 (Beemers have always been expensive to fix). Parts and accessories are expensive. Fun - 5+ (No more said)
