General CommentsJust rented one of these in California; needed a 6 passenger car for a wedding and there are few left. What a hunk of junk--underpowered, suspension wandered all over the lane without touching the wheel, weak brakes, radio from the 70's; almost scary to drive. Only good things were huge trunk and 6 passenger capacity. Ford finally killed this dinosaur, and good riddance--an embarrassment to the brand.
General CommentsThis car needed an entire new gauge assembly. Speedometer would read 40 MPH while standing still. A $600 + repair. The transmission slams into gear from standstill to first gear. Factory rebuilt installed + $2600 plus tax. The cooling system had to be replaced at a cost of near $1000. Many other people have the exact same issues.Chevrolet will not do recalls on these defective cars.I willl not buy another Chevrolet, and hope nobody else buys one.

General CommentsI bought this car based on value. I have owned many Fords in the past and I have to say with the room and ride of this car I am truely sastisfied with my purchase. It is a pleasure to drive going from a small car to this.I really think that maybe Ford should keep this car in their lineup.
