General CommentsI bought the 2012 Gucci and I know they had a 2013, I think it's bc the 2012 was so flawed! I buy luxury cars, and I'm use to Jaguars', Benzs', Bentleys', etc. Do not buy this car for the GUCCI label. It will fall apart faster then your heels, girls. It's like a cheap knockoff bag- nothing you would ever be caught dead in! Sorry wish, I had better news. Hopefully, CHANEL or Roberto Cavalli come out with another auto dealer soon!
General CommentsStay away from these cars as they are natural born lemons Mine in a 2012 500 Sport that I bought used with 28000Km I bought it in late 2012 Since purchase I have has to repair the following
Had to replace the starter 2 times already(on its 3rd) Had to replace 3 headlight bulbs and currently needs a 4th Had to replace 4 front turn signals Had to replace an ignition coil @ 52000kms 1 rear signal and 1 rear brake light The rear Fiat badge fell off The clear coat is coming off in 5 different places The drivers door handle in coming apart in pieces All of a sudden all the lights on the dash come on for no apparently reason saying to pull over and turn off engine The transmission makes a grinding vibration at certain high rpms
I know 2 other 500 owners whom are experiencing most of the same. This may not seem like a lot, however seeing how you can only get most of the parts from a fiat dealer and usually cost 3x as much as aftermarket parts.
I have owned a 1981 Camaro since new and have NEVER replaced a starter, or headlight, only 1 signal light
Car runs well. Hope it never needs anything. Worst service Ever.

No, I do not recommend this product.
General CommentsWe have the 2012 500c Lounge. We enjoy it when it works. The repairs it has needed have always been minor and cosmetic. So far it took 1 year to have the seat cover replaced and we are currently waiting on a new roof which is about a 3 month wait. Fiat / Chrysler corporate customer service has been unresponsive on part ordering and rude at worst. Will not purchase another Fiat due to service alone.
General CommentsSince mid March I've been enjoying all the FIAT Pop has to offer; especially the size. The performance is what I expected from a 101 HP engine. Just recently saw an old ad for a 1949 Ford; it boasted 100 HP! ... with a 5 ft. sofa-like rear seat. The numerous 'standard' features out pace anything offered to date from other brands. Once I paired my phone; it automatically reconnects. Hands on driving exists for radio; changing stations, bands, volume, etc.; receiving/making phone calls; speed control and of course, steering. This is not a V8 or V6 with cylinders turning off & on. It is a short wheelbase (outstanding manuverability) fun/exciting car. What a pleasureable manual transmission, right there just to the right of the steering wheel. Knowing all this, if it's complaining you must do, find the real fault - you; because you don't know how to drive or appreciate a good driving experience. The EVIC indicated 41.4 mpg on my first out of town trip. The Pop is stable on the highway, unaffected by that big gust of wind usually felt from semis, nor is the 6 speaker sound system affected by outside noisy vehicles. Just plain fun to be in control again ... and in luxury too. Read what the 500 has to offer, decide whether or not it can become a part of your lifestyle and if you do buy one - enjoy it. Just don't complain about the $$$ savings (initial price or mileage) or your poor choice. That's not FIAT's fault, it's yours. Thanks for letting us know.
